Shipping Policy

Saltire Estate currently offers shipping to major cities in NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT including Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of these major cities as per courier shipping costs. Please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping costs outside these major metropolitan areas.


Saltire Estate uses Australia Post and Fastway and we aim to deliver within 10 business days but are generally much quicker than that. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post or Fastway website, tracking details are supplied via email once the order has cleared our internal postal procedure.


Wines are packed in secure packaging and breakages are rare. You can give authority to leave the parcel when completing your online order. If you are not in attendance when delivery is made and authority to leave has not be given, a note will be left and you will have to pick up your package from an Australia Post or Fastway collection point.

If the address provided with your online order is incorrect or incomplete then charges may apply for redelivery.


We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Wine Returns

Where it is mutually agreed by the purchaser & Saltire Estate that wine is to be returned, Saltire Estate will collect the wine from the purchaser at an agreed convenient time & place. Pending collection, the purchaser is liable to keep the wine in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it. The wine should be packed to avoid breakage in transit for its return back to Saltire Estate.

Wine Refunds

A refund may be available if you make an error in your payment.  Any refunds will be made by credit to the card that is used for the original purchase or payment. If you make an error, please email or telephone on (02) 4058 3088.
