Your experience begins with a complimentary pour of our Claremont Méthode Traditionnelle 2010 — a refined sparkling wine aged to perfection, setting the tone for the tasting ahead.

From there, delve into:

  1. Gamay – Light, bright, and vibrant with notes of cherry and spice, offering a refreshing start with delicate complexity.
  2. Pinot Noir – Elegant and silky, showcasing a true boutique expression of this classic varietal with layers of red fruit and subtle earthiness.
  3. Mystery Red Wine
  4. 2024 Saltire Reserve Shiraz - Newest red wine in the Saltire Vintage Range, sourced from a small, premium parcel of 100% Hunter Valley fruit.
  5. The Wulver Shiraz – Our flagship Shiraz with bold tannins, dark plum, and black pepper, named for the mythical Scottish wolf-man.
  6. The Mighty Mouse Shiraz – A small but mighty barrel selection with concentrated fruit, finesse, and exceptional balance.
