Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are here to guide you through the wine tasting process and share their passion for winemaking with you. We welcome groups of all sizes, as well as children and dogs on a leash.

    Dessert Wine Delight

    Their dessert wine is heaven in a glass—luscious and perfectly sweet with notes of apricot and caramel. The serene setting and welcoming staff made it one of the best wine-tasting experiences I’ve had in years.

    Tempranillo with Character

    I’ve been to many wineries, but Saltire Estate’s Tempranillo was a standout. Medium-bodied with earthy undertones and a burst of red berry flavor. The balance of tradition and innovation here is impressive. Highly recommend!

    Sparkling Wine to Celebrate

    Their sparkling wine is a must-try! Crisp, vibrant, and perfect for celebrations. It’s clear they take pride in every detail, from the vineyards to the cellar door. I’ll be making this a regular stop when visiting the Hunter Valley.

    Cabernet Sauvignon at Its Best

    I was blown away by their Cabernet Sauvignon. Bold and complex, with layers of dark fruit, mocha, and a velvety finish. A true gem that rivals some of the big-name producers. The whole experience at Saltire Estate felt warm and personal.

    Rosé with a Refreshing Twist

    Saltire’s Rosé was a delightful surprise—refreshing with notes of strawberry and watermelon, yet elegantly dry. The team clearly knows their way around winemaking. I left with a case and can’t wait to share it with friends!
