What Does It Taste Like

Light and spritzy, perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity. Be delighted by notes of rose water (Turkish Delight), peach and sherbet. Sweet, but not leave-you-with-a-bitter-aftertaste sweet.

What Does It Smell Like

Jasmine and elderflower.

What Do I Drink It With

Light and refreshing, it's the perfect light bubbles to have prior to dinner with some soft cheese and fresh bread or after dinner with rich, moist chocolate cake or a fluffy lemon meringue pie. 

Serving Suggestion

On warm afternoons, pour over a handful of ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or create a cocktail by adding That Spirited Lot Island Flower Gin.

    Best in the Hunter

    I have tried many wines in the Hunter! But Unicorn is the best and even better from a Scottish winery which is where I am from and live nearby!

    We come back to the Hunter regularly for this wine

    Saltire is one of our favourite vineyards in the Hunter, and the Unicorn really stands out to us an ideal drinking wine, perfect for an afternoon sip on a hot summer's day. Always look to stop by and pick up a bottle or two whenever we are in the area.

    Great for sweet wine

    The sweetness with the bubbles reflex’s each other great if your into a sweeter wine. Great pairing with cheese like cheddar I found.

    My go to

    A light, refreshing moscato. Perfect for a summers evening. Not sickly sweet like other moscato’s. I add mint and strawberries to mine. Love it!
