Saltire Estate is delighted to announce their new release of their ‘Unicorn’ Moscato - in a can! This marks the first time a winery in the Hunter Valley has released a wine in a can format, making it a unique and exciting addition to the local wine market.

The Iconic Wine in the Convenience of a Can

The decision to package our famous Moscato in cans is an eco-friendly one but is driven by our commitment to consumer convenience, understanding the Australian lifestyle. In a social country that values picnics, outdoor activities and housewarming parties, where glass bottles are not practical or allowed, we wanted to provide a low alcohol option that can be slipped into your bag or esky for easy transport.

Additionally, this choice is also environmentally conscious, as aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable, and recycling them uses significantly less energy than producing new cans. Compared to traditional wine bottles, cans are much lighter and easier to transport, reducing the carbon footprint of the entire supply chain.

Same Delicious Wine With a New Look

Our 'Unicorn' Moscato is a refreshing, lightly bubbled and sweet pink wine that is perfect for any occasion. It has aromatic characters of jasmine and elderflower with peach flavours and a hint of Turkish Delight, balanced with a crisp acidity that makes it oh so easy to drink.

The 'Unicorn' Moscato in cans are available now on our website, in our Cellar Door and will also be available at the Lovedale Long Lunch on May 20th and 21st, where guests can enjoy a can of this delicious wine while relaxing in the picturesque surroundings of the Hunter Valley and enjoying a delicious lunch prepared by Hunter Valley Catering.

So, whether you're a wine enthusiast or just looking for a refreshing drink to enjoy on a sunny day, Saltire Estate's 'Unicorn' Moscato in a can is definitely worth trying.
